IMPORTANT: Do not exceed recommended dose. Read and follow instructions carefully. Make sure you drink at least 16 ounces of water with each serving and follow a sensible diet. If you have trouble swallowing, do not take this product. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under 18. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea or bleeding or loose stools. Do not use for more than one week, nor exceed recommended daily dose. Rectal bleeding, a change in bowl habits for more than 2 weeks and/or failure to have a bowel movement may be an indication of a more serious condition. Should this occur or if you have a known medical condition including kidney, liver or colon disease and/or are taking medication consult your physician before taking this or any dietary supplement.
This product contains Cáscara Sagrada: Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cáscara Sagrada may worsen these conditions.

Can it be used during pregnancy or nursing?
It is not recommended.

From what age can the products be used?
Recommended for persons over 18 years. Ask your doctor if you want to give it to your children under 18 years.

Can I take the three products at the same time?
It is not recommended. Take one product per week.

Can I take just a product without using the others?
Yes. We have the special package of 3 bottles as well as an individual bottles.

Do I need a cleaning before starting System 7 MAX or your Vitamins?
It is not absolutely necessary but many people have felt better after getting a good cleaning.

If someone suffers from serious chronic constipation or if have serious disease of the colon like ulcerative colitis with bleeding, can use the Formula Colon?
